Job Description
Barracuda Networks offers industry-leading solutions for network security with focus on enterprise firewalling, content security and data storage, protection and disaster recovery. For the extension of our team we are currently looking for a talented Location: Reading Your responsibilities * 1st to 3rd level support for top global customers * Independent handling of complex support requests * Remote support of customers and partners * Close collaboration with other departments and worldwide locations Your qualifications * Completed technical education (degree or similar) * Good knowledge and experience in the field of network / IT security and / or data protection * Certifications in the areas of security, networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are an advantage * Experience in Data Protection (backup systems, e-mail archiving, etc.) is an advantage * VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience is an asset * Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, as well as Exchange and SQL advantageous * Experience in the field of Linux Command Shell beneficial * Experience in SW Testing and SW Development is an advantage * Structured and independent working style * High level of customer and service orientation * Good English language, additional European languages also beneficial.
