Job Description
Goods In / Out Coordinator Our client, based in Blandford is looking to appoint a temporary team member to be responsible for:- Administration of all deliverables in and out of the company to ensure correct goods are fully received as ordered and deliveries made as required. The successful candidate will have the following key Attributes: ? * Good numeracy and literacy skills ? * Willing team player ? * Attention to detail ? * Clear communication & organization skills ? * Good general computer skills ? * Able to work under minimal supervision, prioritizing and taking ownership of tasks require Experience * Experience of working in a busy office and light manufacturing environment ? * Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word ? * Previous stores management experience beneficial but not essential Duties ? * Booking in deliveries, ensuring internal identification/stock control processes are followed ? * Ensure all necessary paperwork accompanies goods received (i.e. C of C etc.) ? * Traceability paperwork & record management ? * Copying and filing delivery/goods in paperwork as per process ? * Ensuring any anomalies/deficiencies/shortages are identified, communicated and addressed efficiently ? * Identifying & resolving any shortages or supply issues with kit items or specific items ordered * Ensuring non-conforming items are dealt with correctly in a timely manner ? * Co-ordinate dispatch of goods including packing and documentation ? * Physically move deliveries ? * Providing kitting support to stores as required ? * Liaising within Purchasing Department ? * Liaise with suppliers & couriers as required ? * Supporting Purchasing when required (order placement & progression) ? * General administration duties Hours are 8.30pm- 5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30- 1.30pm on Fridays and the role is offered as an ongoing temporary basis.
