Job Description
IT Manager You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service desk team as well as act as an escalation point for all escalated queries from the service desk. As a senior member of the organisation you must display excellent customer facing skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and for assisting junior engineers with theirs. Project capability can range from small end user based projects to enterprise level roll outs and migrations.
