Job Description
HR Business Analyst Home based with some travel to Home Counties and London 12 months 400 - 475 per day DoE This role delivers the detailed expert HR business analysis and knowledge on projects that the individual has been assigned to. The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, articulating and driving innovations in process re-engineering that will enhance the user experience, support HR processes and technology efforts and deliver value to employees of the Secretariat and the wider Confederation. The role is responsible for the development and support of HCM business processes and technical solutions. The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and forging appropriate business relations to facilitate business decisions that are in the organisations best interest and to ensure that the requirements are captured accurately, and the outputs in the project plan are aligned to deliver them. The Business analyst is part of the Global PMO function. The remit of the Business analyst is to: Define HR business and process change requirements through understanding business needs and expected outcomes for the project. Lead on business engagement and the overall plan engaging communities or affiliates related to a rollout. Ensure the key deliverables in the plan are delivered to the agreed quality and standards The key interfaces to other teams are: Global Project manager, Training co-ordinator, Business engagement, Comms, Technical developers, Product leads. Affiliate IT directors and their direct reports, communities, groups, countries, regions Internal communications network Lead analyst resource for HR business processes and technology projects. * System consultant to HR business identify and articulate process impacts on technology/data and potential constraints. * Communicate system/process changes to the HR team including the HR Training Managers and wider stakeholders. * Lead day to day operational support of HR operations and ensure system/process sustainability. * In conjunction with the HR Training managers to develop documentation and training support material that is clear articulated and understood. * Advocate and influence HR solutions and inform on new trends and potential technologies. * Identification, shaping & scoping of all appropriate analysis activities on a project, including the detailed output documentation required * Elicitation, documentation and management of Business requirements * To utilize best practice tools and techniques to aid communication and understanding, ensuring project documentation is fit for purpose * Planning and management of own activities and agreement of approach to analysis with the Project Manager * Accurately assess and effectively communicate the impact of business, operational and technical change * Pro-actively drive the definition of change, taking ownership / accountability for ensuring that end to end scope and impacts of change are understood by all affected parties * Support and adhere to the governance process underpinning the project / programme delivery lifecycle * Proactively work with the project or programme manager in a collaborative manner to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables or programmes of work * Report to the Project Manager on the projects and programme status from an analysis perspective * Provide the Project Manager with an up to date view of the resource utilisation and requirements of the project/programme Responsibilities: HR Business Analyst Home based with some travel to Home Counties and London 12 months 400 - 475 per day DoE This role delivers the detailed expert HR business analysis and knowledge on projects that the individual has been assigned to.
