We're looking for a Relationship Executive like you, with a background in financial services and strong customer service experience. What you'll do: Relationship Executive Our relationship team focuses on being responsible for a portfolio of clients whom you will develop strong connections with and assist them dealing with any and all queries via phone and email to ensure their needs and the businesses needs are complied with. This is a fast-paced environment where you will come across many challenges that will require excellent skills in listening, communication, organisation, attention to detail and the willingness to learn and adapt to your workload. You will be working cross functionally and supporting most internal teams to ensure all operational processes are adhered to and minimal risk taken. Why we want you to join us: Your strong account management or customer service experience within a business to business finance environment will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced team to meet deadlines. You will have previous experience prioritising high levels of tasks, have business understanding and ideally knowledge of risk and ledgers. A background in invoice finance would be a distinct advantage. You'll be comfortable spotting business opportunities as well as spotting warning signs when dealing with clients and debtors. You will have strong communication skills with a customer focus to contribute to the client experience and to liaise with internal teams effectively, which is key to succeed in this role.
