Overview

The business have been established since 2011, and grown every single year, and now boast a strong workforce of around 200 staff. Due to increased demand, they are looking to bring on board a number of Telephone Negotiators to work from their Manchester headquarters. Telephone Negotiators will manage customer loan accounts, and customer relationships throughout the lifetime of their product. The role involves regaining money from customers who have missed, single, or multiple repayments, and involves payment taking, negotiation, debt counselling, and relationship management. The role is Manchester based and pays £30000 and includes an impressive bonus scheme with bonuses averaging between £800 per month. Experience in debt collection, debt solutions, or credit control is required.
