Job Description

Our Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in developing and growing our company's partnership function. You will be responsible for nurturing and developing current relationships and for identifying and acquiring new relationships to help drive our company's growth goals. As one of our company's most successful revenue drivers, this role will be a focal point to our growth strategy and strategic vision. You will lead the function globally, from our London office and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with leadership on overall trajectory and growth of the organization to assist in identifying, acquiring and developing current and future partnerships * Map out relevant technology ecosystem for building out key technology partnerships * Leverage existing relationships with large service providers, such as McKinsey, Deloitte etc. to accelerate our pipeline opportunities * Define KPIs and success metrics to measure and optimize the performance of the partnership program * Review and improve both short and long-term objectives, policies and operating procedures within partnership program * Manage partner relationships to targets within the identified budget and forecast revenue through this channel * Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure process and positioning is aligned with partnership program objectives and partner features * Cooperate with the Marketing team to develop partner materials such as one-pagers, paid + organic digital campaigns, landing pages, email campaigns, PR, promotion programs, trade show materials, webinar topics & guests * Travel required - 30-50% You will have * 10+ years of experience in a senior-level business development, channel sales or strategic partnerships role * Knowledge of negotiating, and structuring partnership programs within a B2B SaaS business model * P&L and budget management experience * Proven success in developing partnership strategies * Superior written and verbal communication skills * Deep experience in value-based selling and ROI models * Strong multi-tasking capabilities; strong analytical skills. Data-driven decision maker. * Comfortable with data and excellent attention to detail * Ability to navigate and communicate effectively in complex organizations * BA/BSc degree or equivalent * Strong team player and leadership experience * Ideally, you will have experience of working with complex Financial Services/Banking software
