Job Description
A position has become available for a support worker in Bicester, working with an exceptional team, an outstanding induction and training programme as well as on-going development with the opportunity to gain formal qualifications. The salary starts at £18,330 for a 37.5 hour week which may include some evenings and weekends. As a support worker you will be. supporting the manager, deputy manager and other team members you'll work as a team to provide support to the clients within the house, helping them to live as independently as possible. Through skillful interactions and involvement in person centred planning and partnership working you'll work with them and their families, to provide excellent, person centred support, which is both safe, maximises choice and control and identifies outcomes that improve the quality of their everyday life. You will need to be patient and calm under pressure as well as sociable, caring and supportive but above all you'll want to make a difference. You'll seek new ways of working by thinking outside of the box and being creative with solutions and will take personal responsibility for the quality of care provided.
