Job Description * To achieve goals and targets of the products and to explore new market opportunities. * Supporting subsidiaries & distributors to achieve monthly target by involving HQ. * Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. * Create & implement the regional promotion by involving other parties. * Research on the competitors products by evaluating characteristics, pricing. * Prepare & implement sales & product training to subsidiaries & distributors. * Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different * requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Ensure on-time introduction of new products (preparation of government product registration paperwork, calculating recommend retail prices and P&L, sending POs, ATL & BTL collaterals), reviews success of each launch, manage marketing plans to ensure achievement of sales objectives. * Design the right pricing and excellent promotions strategy for perfect in-store execution. * Spearhead the Brand's outlet expansion (negotiate with dept store buyers for high profile counter space as well as direct shop space if needed), sales turnover and market share growth. Ensure brand guidelines are followed at shop floor. * Manage and conduct external workshops & collaborations to enhance non-store revenue sources. * Lead team to create a lasting impression of brand among consumers, improving product sales and market share. * Work closely with internal A&P Team, to ensure company brand values and image are followed. * Professionally handles mall owners, department store buyers and merchandising teams on counter production, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with designers and contractors. * Monitor, analyze and regularly report market trends, competition best practices and effective sales as well as marketing strategies. * Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management. * Requests to HQ for the support & information if required. Qualifications * Has 8 to 10 years of experience in the Beauty or related industries, with at least 5 years in managerial position managing a team of junior staff. * Strong planning and operational experience in Sales and Marketing, with a record of managing counters/shops and the challenges that accompany counter Management. * Oversees monthly sales turnover, ensuring promotional initiatives meet and exceed sales targets. Dynamically adjust promotional strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis. * Strong leader but also team worker to drive Brand's improvement, leading the smooth co-operation of work with internal and external teams to achieve brand visibility according to brand guidelines. * Strong negotiation and influencing skills. * Highly proficient in computer software such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. * Able to start immediately or within short notice Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
