Job Description
* Project Administrator/Co-ordinator * Salary - very competitive * Location - Wellingborough We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator/Co-ordinator to join a lovely Wellingborough based organisation. My client is seeking a dynamic, methodical and highly organised individual to join their team. This role will suit an individual who is used to spinning lots of plates - but also has strong attention to detail. Duties will include - * Liaising daily with their customer * Downloading and uploading data from Excel - ensuring that information matches accorss various portals and is input correctly * Dispatching of goods to their customer - engaging with the correct logistics provider dependent upon package being delivered * Providing proof of delivery details to the customer * Inputting of POD onto the system in order to generate the correct costings dependent upon carrier used * Tracking data of delivery - updating customer at all times * Charging of clients * Downloading remittance information - submitting into SAP - charge out to customer * Check the work activities have the appropriate purchase orders in place to cover, engage with customer to provide any shortfall. * Engaging with the customer to ensure they have closed down a work activity, which in turn triggers the payment process. * Reconcile customer payments and highlight any shortfalls, over payments and understand the potential reasons for such, reporting back to management for guidance on next step * Responding to customer emails * General administration The Candidate * Strong Excel - intermediate level * SAP an advantage but not essential as training will be given * Fast paced with good attention to detail * Strong administrative skills * Highly organised * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
