Retail Administrator

About the role A key role in supporting the day to day running of our Premier symbol group operations. Working with internal and external departments you will ensure that all of the Premier symbol group customers are supported with accurate information and excellent customer service. Role Responsibility Maintaining existing customer records both on the portal and in manual files. Managing all Premier customer and consumer queries by liaising across the internal teams so as to achieve a positive outcome in a timely manner. Supporting the regional sales teams in the day to day running of the Premier fascia and providing holiday cover and daily support within the retail sales team as required. Producing monthly performance reports to support the regional sales teams. Liaising with our external creative partners to resolve any marketing queries and to maintain their customer database. Ensuring that the data produced has integrity and is accurate. You will need To be successful in the role you will need strong PC skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Access, Lotus notes and Eforms. You will also need to be advanced in the use of Excel, Business Objects and SAP. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as being able to work to a high standard when it comes to generating and maintaining data.
