Overview
The One Group are working with a global, aspiring and down right amazing business based locally, they boast a brilliant following in the specialist machinery market and have a great pool of loyal customers. Our client currently has two positions available within their growing team, within this role you will be processing order with the upmost efficiency and accuracy, outbounds calls to keep customers up to date, processing order will be through various avenues including phone & email, achievement of KPIs and assisting the management team in hitting company goals and various administrative duties. To be part of this team you will need customer service experience, a can do attitude, order processing experience, proven track record of working in a customer service environment both in and out bound.
