ECommerce Manager Techhouse Communications Group. High Wycombe Ecommerce manager needed to join busy, long established (1994) retailer of Mobile handsets/accessories/trade in handsets and repair business. We have an Online business , Techhouse.com, prime location retail stores, call centre, and repair/trade in business. Our coders are overseas. We are expanding...and looking for a self motivated professional to supervise our online play. Ability to execute to defined schedules, being able to handle multiple projects , highly skilled and experienced, a must have. Salary 35-40K FUTURE BENEFITS High Wycombe CITY CENTRE Key responsibilities: * You'll be developing, delivering and aligning a strategy to increase sales through our websites, driving online bookings to our retail stores and leads to our B2B sales team * You'll need to drive online business and manage the full e-commerce process to ensure that the customer experience is of a high quality. * You'll be managing all e-commerce operations as well as all aspects to do with the website. * Be responsible for reporting on and building sales. * Manage all PPC accounts. * Manage Web Developers to deliver changes to the site * Product data management * Manage CRM and email marketing * Drive improvements to CMS & Product Upload process * Manage product upsell & recommendation strategy, looking for opportunities for improvements. Desired Skills * High level of experience working with a CMS ideally WordPress/Woocommerce * High level of e-commerce experience - Telecoms and/or lifestyle brands preferable * Good knowledge of UX and e-commerce best practices and latest trends * Experience of working with external developers * Experience in PPC - Google AdWords, Facebook, and Instagram Advertising * Experience In CRM and Email Marketing * Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google tag manager * Experience/knowledge of local SEO/working with google business pages * Experience with affiliate marketing * Experience of order management systems * Experience using Google webmaster or at least a working knowledge * Experience of working with payment gateways * Good understanding of the impact of online content on technical SEO. * Experience in managing multiple projects * Basic HTML skills required.
