Identity and Access Management is a critical control area that effects our operations across the globe. As a member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will support us in the implementation and running of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, technologies, team and service offerings, globally. You will be responsible to leverage leading-edge technologies, and innovative approaches to position PMI for measurable success; improving efficiency, increasing security posture, supporting aggressive growth and improving privileged IT user and access experience. Your 'day to day': - Provide technical leadership in the PAM space, and support for the integration of PAM across the firm - Responsible for the architecture, design and deployment of Privilege Access Management Platforms - Serve as the lead solution designer for security projects in collaboration with teams that are impacted by them - Assist the firm in the larger IAM security domain - Work with Information Security and Infrastructure to embed PAM best practices for both on premise and cloud based solutions for employees, contractors and partners. - Define PAM Governance Frameworks and PAM Requirements - Assess and Analyze the environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement, target architectures - Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure that we meet security, compliance and audit obligations related to privileged access management Who we're looking for: - Extensive knowledge and experience in PAM Solution design and implementation - Have sound knowledge of Identity Management Systems and integrations with PAM solutions - Consistent track record in architecting, implementing and supporting Privileged Access Management solutions in large corporate environments, preferably in the CPG, Retail or Pharma sectors and with significant Public Cloud footprint - At least 10-12 years past IAM experience majoring in the implementation of industry leading Privileged Access Management solutions such as Hashicorp, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify etc. - Understanding of privilege account capabilities, controls and usage on varying end point devices and applications. - Awareness of the business impact of PAM solutions roll-out and key business and IT change considerations - Strong communications skills with capability of discussing technical solutions within both business and technical context to varying audiences. - Past experience of having implemented PAM solutions in continuous integration/continuous delivery agile environments. - Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent or relevant security certifications like CISSP - Fluent in English The role offer is subject to valid right to work in UK What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
