Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing business based in Whiteley, Hampshire, to recruit a Credit Controller on a fixed term contract until January 2021. Working as part of a well-established team, my client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller as a result of steady and on-going growth. This role will remotely on board and work from home until further notice; all equipment will be provided. What will the role involve? * Communicate with clients over phone and email to ensure the timely settlement of outstanding payments. * Provide weekly debtor reports * Maintain customer relationships with debtors * Ensure correct and accurate information on customer accounts is maintained at all times * Credit check process and open new customer accounts * Produce collection/chase letters and monthly customer statements * Prepare weekly credit reports and bad debt reports * Take credit card payments * Take ownership of all queries/disputes and be responsible for resolving these and follow up on a regular basis * Identify risk indicators of bad debt in the early stages Suitable Candidate: * 3 - 5 years' credit control experience * Ability to work as part of a team * Strong systems user Benefits: * 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays + day off for birthday (12 month allowance) * Extra annual leave for doctor's/dentist appointments * Discounted Gym membership * Social events * Eye-care vouchers Please note that although CMA are actively reviewing applications for this role, given the current situation the client recruitment process may take longer than usual.
