Overview
Dynamite Recruitment is recruiting a Credit Supervisor role for a £40m t/o business in Fareham. This is a successful, national business with an aggressive 5 year plan. This is a permanent role, provides free parking and the business operates a 37.5 hour week. As a Credit Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller, duties include:- Line management and supervision of a team of 5, split across 2 divisions Chase debt via telephone, email and letter Monitor controls and processes, implementing improvements via automation and process improvement Analysing business performance, reporting to the wider Business Team and Financial Controller Monitor and escalate risk areas where appropriate Liaise with senior stakeholders internally and externally regarding cash flow matters The successful candidate will have the following attributes:- Proven experience managing a team (including appraisals and PDPs) Working knowledge of Sage and confident with Excel - pivots tables/VLOOKUP's Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders In return, you will receive:- Free parking Discounted products Competitive pension 37.5 hour week Please contact Jessica or Zoe for further information on .
