Due to a promotion, here at Honeywell we currently have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our site in Motherwell as a Human Resources Professional. As such, you will be responsible for leading the HR operations across the Motherwell site. This is an exciting time to join our client as they continue to go from strength to strength. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? As the Senior HRG, you'll drive all HR related initiatives for your assigned client groups, and ensure all leaders and employees have HR support and engagement on all relative activities. * You'll partner with the site on HR and business initiatives, supporting strategic action plans, and taking initiative to ensure strong employee communication and change management plans are built in. * Providing day to day operational support to ensure right and fast hiring whilst maintaining a quality candidate experience throughout. You'll work with the leadership team on site to build talent pools of internal and external talent. * Conduct regular MRRs to assess bench strength and ensure strong succession plans for future years. * You'll collaborate with site leadership team to foster a learning and development strategy, ensuring integrity and compliance training is up to date. * We expect you to contribute to on time delivery of bi-annual performance review cycles, ensuring employee development plans are in place * Supporting annual compensation review cycles and provide guidance to your business leaders * You'll be following up on any identified improvement opportunities from our annual Voice of the Customer survey * Maintaining a structured standard work to ensure rigour around absence, probationary and capability reviews. * Collaborate with HR colleagues in the One Country and Business HR teams to ensure magnificent execution of company-wide initiatives. What are we looking for? * We want you to be an ambitious, consultative and confident individual with demonstrable experience of working in a standalone capacity. * You will have a deep understanding of employment law and will possess a strong educational background. * Ideally, you'll have a previous or existing knowledge of union legislation and environments. * Your collaborative work ethic will serve you well in this position as you fully immerse yourself into our business and HR function.
