Job Description
What are we looking for? Due to a crucial new project within our organisation, we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HOS Site Leader to support manufacturing site in Motherwell, immediately on an 18-month fixed term contract. As our HOS Site Leader , you will be responsible for driving site productivity improvements and deploying the foundational Lean elements within the site, the individual will lead process improvement using the principals of Lean & the Honeywell Operating System (HOS). This position reports directly to the SPS EMEA HOS Group Leader with a secondary reporting line to the site Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Lead change initiatives, delivering measurable KPI improvement. * Lead Kaizen & continuous improvement events, with a hands-on approach. * Implement Lean / HOS tools & processes across the site. * Training all site employees in the Lean / Honeywell Operating tools and processes. * Facilitate project improvement meetings. * Lead & mentor Lean & process improvement at all levels of the Site. * Provide status reports to all levels of the business, both written & verbal. * Track productivity & HOS progress.
