Job Description
Yieldify is a customer journey optimisation company that brings personalisation to the full customer journey. It combines award-winning software with a proven CJO methodology to deliver measurable results quickly and easily. To date, Yieldify has influenced over 100 million sales through more than 200,000 journeys. It currently delivers customer journey optimisation for over 1,000 leading e-commerce websites, including Domino's Pizza, L'Oreal and Megabus. As a Data Analyst you will be at the core of Yieldify's value delivery, driving insights and leading data projects across the company. You will also help to spread your knowledge to other teams and have a direct impact on how we do things at Yieldify. Being part of the Data & Analytics team, your role will be global and will include product management as well as customer-facing aspects. In this role you will: * Analyse the performance of campaigns, find insights on digital user behaviour, and present recommendations to customers worldwide. * Learn to understand a client's business model, creating a set of objectives and a constantly evolving project plan for testing and personalisation to directly address the client's online objectives. * Work with senior team members to coordinate new feature development, in line with our client needs and to stay ahead of the industry. * Collaborate with consultants, customer success managers, and technical services to deliver successful customer journey optimisation programmes to clients. * Identify improvements to our methodology and processes, and help lead their implementation across the company. We're looking for someone with: * An analytical mind who loves to dive deep into the data, identify patterns and generate insights for the benefit of our customers. * Experience / skill working with data (e.g. databases, Excel, statistics). * A quantitative degree such as Maths, Engineering, Economics or Physics, or equivalent work experience. * Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or user experience. * Experience setting-up and maintaining Tableau or Looker (preferable) reporting. * Knowledge of SQL with practical applications would also be a plus.
