Job Description
My client is a well established, leading manufacturer of quality compost and growing media, made from recycled green materials. They operate major production facilities in both the North and South of the country. These strategic locations, unique in our industry, allow for efficient national distribution to satisfy the largest retailers' demands. Due to significant growth and a number of recent contract 'wins' they are in the process of recruiting 2 x Customer Service Representatives to join their fantastic, vibrant team. This is a very rare an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a successful team with scope for development and growth in line with the business in an automotive trade. The Role: * Supporting a busy and dynamic team to run to maximum efficiently. * Liaising with both suppliers and customers to ensure customer collection dates are agreed and met. * Assisting and supporting customers with all concerns and queries finding an acceptable resolution benefiting both parties. * Capacity to learn a large catalogue of products and services. The Person: * Experienced in Customer Services, any industry sector considered. * Customer focused with excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Meticulous and efficient in your work with a keen eye for detail. * Strong attention to detail with a flexible working attitude. * Positive can-do attitude. * IT literature and proficient with Microsoft Packages such as Excel and Word. * Oracle experience is a major advantage.
