About InvestEngine InvestEngine is a London-based robo-advisor and investment services platform that delivers smart-designed portfolios expertly managed to put investor's money to work. By being the only automated investment manager in the UK which uses a "buy and hold" approach, they are reducing the capacity for human error and take full custody by safeguarding their customers' assets. InvestEngine was founded in 2017 by sister and brother team Joanna Crookall, the current CEO of investment management firm Ramsay Crookall and Simon Crookall, Gumtree co-founder. They give investors a regulated, low cost and easy solution for taking control of their own investment where high-quality market trackers do all the hard work for them. They have a strong focus on services such as Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), while they are constantly diversifying and expanding into other services such as pensions, investment advice, SME business accounts, current savings accounts, cash management tools and ethical investing options. The process of matching investors against 16 risk profiles is simply by having investors answer a few questions about their aims, how much they want to invest and the risk level they are comfortable with. They do the rest! About the role.. InvestEngine are looking for a passionate and analytical Marketing Manager to join their growing team, yet be the first marketing person on ground. As they are expanding their portfolio of products, they want to build the promotion of these products through digital campaigns. The right candidate will be interested in personal investment and want to progress their career in a disruptive finance startup. What you will do as the Marketing Manager: * Demonstrate strong analytical skills, analyse user behaviour and build a system that tracks marketing efforts * Measure KPIs and report this to the key stakeholders * Work closely with Google Analytics, setting it up, tracking goals and analysing conversion * Work on campaign optimisation, using Google campaigns and Facebook campaigns * Execute cross-channel social media campaigns in order to generate new investors * Trying different channels for customer acquisition, mostly online but also happy to try out offline * Build and use the CRM tool and establishing a system for onboarding customers * Visitor Acquisition - understanding the user behaviours and improving the overall conversion funnel Requirements * You are a data-driven and analytical marketer who can utilise data to inform decisions * You are passionate about the investment market in the UK and want to make an impact on the business * You have the ability to thrive in a startup environment and be a key player in helping us achieve our goals and releasing viral products. * Previous social media experience, and running optimisation campaigns across multiple platforms * Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics * You enjoy working with strategic decision-making, as well as working hands-on with digital campaigns * Some previous experience in investment management, brokerage or wealth management either through professional experience or personal interest would be a plus Benefits * A competitive compensation package - they're prepared to find the very best! * Modern, flexible co-working office near London Bridge * Flexible and working from home when needed * Provided cutting edge software and kit, such as company laptop * Working with a collaborative and friendly team members and participating in weekly socials with the team
