Qualified Social Worker needed! Child Protection Assessment Team - London NE Are you a qualified Social Worker with experience in Children Social Services? Are you looking for a new challenge in Social Work? At NonStop, we are currently working with a local authority to improve their services. As part of the improvement process, we are now looking for Social Worker who is ready to take on new challenges in their career. The team deals with cases involve Domestic Violence and Parental Mental Health and focus on building a stable relationship with service users. Cases are manageable and duty every 6 weeks to ensure you can do this effectively. Highlights: * Excellent Early Intervention Service & very well resourced service, so Social Workers have access to resources within the Local Authority to help prevent further breakdown of relationships for service users. * Local Authority achieved an Outstanding OFSTED following their last inspection, providing excellent resources that Social Workers and service users have access to in order to support with cases. * Managers have created conditions that afford Social Workers the time, professional expertise and capacity to get to know children and young people well and exercise their professional expertise. * Manageable caseload let you focus on the standard of service and a better work life balance. * This is an innovative service which offers proactive and empowering models for families to prevent these young people becoming Looked After by the Local Authority. * You can get involved with a sophisticated exploitation mapping process that the team is developing. * Excellent structured training to support with your career progression, helping you every step of the way on your journey. * Salary up to £41,000 per annum including Retention bonus Requirements: * Social Work qualifications * Registered with Social Work England * Children Social Services experience Preferred but not essential experience: * Assessments * Child Protections * Court work To apply to this opportunity or to find out about any other vacancies that we are working with, please contact me Mary Nguyen-Hoang Recruitment Consultant at NonStop Care Ext 7176 Alternatively, if you have someone you would like to recommend for this role, we offer a referral bonus of £200 gift card as a thank you for each successful placement.
