Job Description

Are you looking for a new permanent position within a fantastic nursery team that goes the extra mile to look after its staff. A qualified practitioner is needed for an upcoming vacancy as a Room Leader in Didcot. The salary Starts at £20,500 depending on experience, there are many other benefits such as a pension, training, career progression, and annual pay rise and key-worker benefits. You must be level 3 qualified in early years foundation stage and hold a Microsoft or equivalent ICT certificate. You will be working with children 3 months to 5 years old creating a happy, fun learning environment where they can grow to their full potential. You will be running activities alongside the team overseeing the progress and health of all of the children in your room. You will be working alongside the management team and liaising with parents and carers. This is a very busy site that need a creative, enthusiastic, energetic member of staff that will make a real difference to the first few yesrs of the children they look afters lives.
