As a Copywriter at Aiimi, youll tell our story through a varied selection of content, from marketing collateral to technical documentation. Skilled at understanding concepts in tech and turning them into plain English, youll be just as comfortable creating marketing content with our signature Aiimi tone of voice as you will be writing a Release Bulletin showcasing the new features in our software product. Youll join Aiimis great marketing squad based out of our shiny new HQ in Milton Keynes. However this role will have UK wide reach, so work from home, your garden, the park, anywhere! As long as you bring value to the business and get the job done to a high standard we are flexible on this!We pride ourselves on our collaborative team culture and sense of humour. We work with some of the largest and most respected brands in the UK, national infrastructure providers and the Government. Requirements Youll be the custodian of the Aiimi tone of voice, ensuring every communication and piece of copy that we send out is bang on message whether thats from the Marketing team, Sales, HR, or Aiimi Labs. Day-to-day youll be able to: * Work closely with the Marketing team to develop stellar copy and messaging for campaigns, especially digital, and for our website. * Work closely with Aiimi Labs (the R&D team behind our software product) to ensure consistency of messaging in our product collateral, product marketing and customer communications. Youll be the guardian of our message, responsible for ensuring consistency between Marketing and our product team. * Create and maintain a Copy Library for teams across the business to get exactly what they need from approved About Us copy, to clear descriptions of our product and services. * Develop and write our in-house whitepapers and collateral for our website, including blogs across a range of technical topics. * Work with our team to develop and edit new blog content for our Aiimi Insights blog and for Senior Managements social profiles. Youll need to create great content with minimal guidance from Subject Matter Experts, such as a brief phone interview or email exchange. * Give a voice to our internal initiatives, including Aiimi Giving (our charitable work), Aiimi Cares (our commitment to encouraging openness in mental health and wellbeing) and Aiimi Goes Green (our bid to help the environment wherever we can). These are all very close to our heart at Aiimi! * Liase with our external PR agency to ensure our PR work uses consistent messaging and hits the spot with our target audience. * Propose your creative ideas to the teams you work within and help bring them to life. * Get stuck in with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing when needed. Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the business world Who we're looking for! Youll be an Aiimi person through and through creative, bold, caring and a true expert at what you do. Were looking for people that have: * A lover of technology someone who can write about everything and anything tech, data and AI in a clear and engaging style. * Someone whos naturally curious youll have a nose for a story and want to learn more about our technology and how it can help organisations to succeed. * Excellent research skills to help you learn about what we do, our industry and where were going, so you can create even better copy. Youll be able to find a great story and craft it from start to finish. * A creative thinker who can bring new ideas to our Marketing team, from topics for our latest whitepaper, to new ways we can get the right message to the right audience. Youll be skilled at writing copy to a brief, as well as suggesting your own content ideas. * Impeccable grammar and written communication skills (goes without saying really!) * A people person youll love working with colleagues across the business to create outputs for lots of different teams. * Ability to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines from multiple teams. * Previous experience writing technical documentation would be an advantage. * Previous experience in optimising web content for SEO. * Preferably a copywriter whos used to working in-house.
