Job Description

Industrial Electrician (Maintenance) Radstock £34,000 - £37,000 + Holidays + Pension + Private Healthcare 3 Shift Pattern. NO NIGHTS REQUIRED! ! Industrial Electrician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer who are well renowned within their industry. The company are continuing to invest on site and applicants can develop their skills with formal qualifications. They offer a rotating shift on a days and afternoon basis with NO night time work required to offer a good work/life balance. The role would suit applicants from ANY industrial electrical background. Applicants from heavier industries will have a considerable advantage. Electrically, you will have experience maintaining 3 phase electrical systems. Applicants with the ability to fault find on PLCs will have a considerable advantage, this is NOT an essential requirement. The role will involve a mixture of reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a range of equipment. Due to ongoing investment on site, there will be project based/continuous improvement work required. You will work on a range of fixed material handling equipment, presses, conditioners, grinders, heavy conveyor systems and milling plant equipment Reporting to the engineering manager, you will work within a small team of engineers. The Role: *Electrical Maintenance on a range of production machinery *80% PPM *20% Reactive Maintenance *Occasional project work/installation due to ongoing investment *Due to the nature of their industry occasional Saturday work will be required *Shift: 06:00 to 14:00, 08:00 to 17:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 The Person: *Must be from a strong electrical maintenance background *Applicants from a heavy background will have a considerable advantage
