Job Description
As part of the Bristol ROADS programme, The Bridge is a 10 bed intake preparation programme based within our Lifehouse; and along with ARA and the Junction forms BCC's Pathway 4. Logos House is a residential Lifehouse providing accommodation for 93 single homeless men, including those with mental or physical health problems, and those preparing for treatment for drug or alcohol problems. Key Responsibilities: As an assistant support worker you will empower individuals to overcome the barriers they face, achieve their aspirations and support them to move on towards independent living. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: An understanding of the ROADS homelessness pathway, the service Logos House delivers and the people we support An understanding of working in a psychologically informed way The ability to take the lead and make decisions Good English and IT skills In order to complete your application, please download and read the job description and person specification.
