Who we are? The Huntercombe Group are one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers. Working in partnership with North Bristol NHS Trust, the Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre facility specialises in the treatment of individuals with acquired brain injuries such as brain tumours and complex strokes or traumatic brain injuries such as road traffic accidents. Your role as a Night Care Assistant You ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. You will be actively involved in everyday activities, educational and behavioural support programmes as outlined in our individual care plans, whilst helping our patients to work towards their ambitions and goals. You will also accompany our medically stable patients to appointments and participate in social programmes, such as Games Nights, cinema trips and Video Nights. Many of our patients staying with us require assistance with personal care, as well as feeding and nutrition.
