By delivering training in partnership with world-class content providers, through a combination of 1:1 coaching and cutting-edge tech, we offer apprenticeships that genuinely rival the learning experience at elite universities. Were looking for a VP of Product to join the team, helping us build an outstanding alternative to university. Youll lead on product vision and strategy, and empower the product team to do amazing work. The role Where can you have impact? * Building a world class product and design team * Working closely with the co-founders and technology leadership team to develop product vision and strategy that aligns with the commercial objectives and mission of the company * Working closely with the engineering leadership and engineering team to create a highly effective product and tech organisation that can deliver high quality features at speed * Communicating product vision and strategy to key stakeholders across the business * Being the customer and user champion, developing products that delight both internal and external users by solving their most important problems * Analysing data and user behaviour to develop insights and inform the product roadmap * Supporting feature development and iteration with PMs, designers, and devs Requirements Things that will be helpful for the role: * Youve led a successful product team through the scale-up stage, managing recruitment, team leadership and product strategy * Youre an inspirational leader, bringing everyone together around a shared vision * You have exceptional (verbal and written) communication and empathy skills and can communicate with multiple stakeholders with clarity * You're able to think strategically across multiple products, whilst also supporting the product team on individual features and process * Youre passionate about crafting empowering, simple, and delightful products for our users and have a customer-centric approach to product development * You believe in working closely with engineering and design teams and involving them in product development and planning Benefits Our social mission is at the heart of our business; so if doing good is as important as building a commercial business to you, youll find WhiteHat incredibly rewarding.
