Job Description

Maintenance Electrician - Day Shift - Cambridge up to £40k My client is a global, design, build and maintenance company. They are currently seeking a maintenance electrician to join a small team in the heart of Cambridge. You will have your City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical, 17th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Education The maintenance electrician duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance including, lighting, changing lamps, leds, starters, ballasts, emergency lighting, fire alarm test's, fix wiring test's, fault finding back to panels, sockets, floor boxes, general paper work. Mechanical duties will include fault finding on plant, resetting chillers, AHU's and fan coil maintenance as well as escorting sub- contractors, helping colleagues. This is a new smart building housing 3,000 employees which was only completed 10 months ago. Days only 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern - 4 days 6am to 6pm, 4 days off, then 4 days 10am to 10pm, 4 days off.
