Fantastic Opportunity for Care Manager in Loughborough We are recruiting for a Care Manager to support and manage a Homecare service company based in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop this service, you will be fully supported and have full autonomy without constraints or being micromanaged! If you are already an experienced Care Manager or looking to take the next step in your career then this is the role for you. Applicants should have/be: * Qualified to the level of RMA/LMCS or NVQ 3 - 4 essential with QCF level 5 desirable * Fully computer literate with excellent admin and staff management skills * Reliable with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills * Possess a working knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards & Care Act 2014 * Dynamic ambitious and hardworking * Adept at managing and directing people in a fast-paced changing environment * In possession of a range of skills which can support further diversification of services as the business grows and develops * Experience within management of high-quality home care desirable but not essential Main responsibilities will include amongst others: * Oversee compliance in line with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, policy and regulations. * Implementation of robust recruitment processes designed to safeguard; support and develop individuals and work towards a high retention ratio. * Liaise with Regulators, Clients, Social Workers and other Associated Professionals or relevant others to ensure good communication and best practice always. * Continually assess the quality of the service delivered, implementing appropriate quality assurance processes in line with policies and contractual and regulatory standards. * Take responsibility for ensuring that on-call is covered outside office hours, including holding the phone as part of the on-call rota. * Line manage all staff employed, arranging training programmes, monitoring performance, and demonstrate leadership inspiring the team to achieve the highest possible standards. * Willing to learn and develop if this is first time in management Responsibilities: Fantastic Opportunity for Care Manager in Loughborough We are recruiting for a Care Manager to support and manage a Homecare service company based in Loughborough.
