SEN Teaching Assistant | Barnet, North London | £65 - £75/day SEN Teaching Assistant Person Specification: The ideal candidate will be an empathetic person who has experience with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) . This role is a full-time, permanent position starting in September working in a busy PLMD department in college. A resilient attitude and the belief that all challenging situations can be overcome with communication, hard work, and a positive approach, is a must. About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role: In this rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant post, your talents will be utilised throughout the school and you will find yourself working with the various year groups from 16 - 19 . In general, you will be broadening your knowledge about PMLD and expanding your skill set through various training sessions and CPD opportunities. Day-to-day in your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be offering extra support to SEN teachers, ensuring the smooth running of activities at all times.
