Head of Cardiometabolism Franchise Bracknell UK About the role An Exciting opportunity has arisen in our Bracknell Head office to become Head of the Cardiometabolism Franchise where you will be Responsible for the development of a successful Diabetes business in the UK & Ireland. Part of your role will be Ensuring launch readiness for future indications and products, developing sales and marketing strategies, whilst directing and controlling all related activities in line with regulatory standards. The role will also include: * Providing strategic direction and leadership to the Marketing team and wider Diabetes cross-functional business (including but not exclusive to Medical, Sales, Key Account Management, Market Access and Enabling Functions). * Offering support, input and challenge to the wider PM business. * Ensuring effective performance and talent management with direct line reports and their respective teams. * Developing and executing national Diabetes marketing strategy and business plans in order to provide overall direction for the business. * Responsible for achieving or exceeding Diabetes sales and profitability targets, whilst balancing short and mid-term objectives, to ensure the continued growth of the business. * Representing the diabetes business and communicating business information/needs cross-functionally to facilitate the collaboration of all functional areas impacting the business (e.g. Medical, Sales, Enabling Functions and Operations). What experience / skills you need * Experience working in a pharmaceutical, commercial or NHS (UK) / HSE (Ireland) management environment. * Leading and managing high performing teams in Marketing/Sales. * Good strategic view of the market place in which they operate in all the devolved nations. *
