Overview
This large integrated security systems installer based in the South East are looking to recruit a Head Of Projects for their senior management team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the project delivery teams including the production of delivery programmes, from pre-design through to completion and hand over of systems with contract values of up to and over £8m, the role will oversee all of the operational aspects of contracts with various clients ensuring project delivery and best service. A background in managing large scale integrated CCTV, access control and other life safety systems projects as well as their design is essential, as is experience of NEC and JCT contracts and knowledge of CDM requirements. This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £75,000 plus bonus, car allowance and attractive package. Candidates will need the following skills and attributes: - Minimum 5 years' experience in capital integrated project delivery - Degree qualified (or similar or practical experience - Adept in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word - Critical planning expertise - Microsoft Project - Experience in contract negotiation and resolution - Numerically biased with an exceptional eye for detail - Excellent communication skills at all levels - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, demonstrating direct / indirect report management of circa 100 staff - NEC and JCT Contract experience - RIBA Stage project experience - CDM Contract awareness - A full driving licence
