Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Blue-chip manufacturer as the Head of Business Process and Reporting based at the UK Head office in Bracknell. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of a multibillion-pound organisation offering a number of benefits and career progression. As the Head of Business Process and Reporting your responsibilities will include: Be accountable for managing teams of internal associates and external contractors/partners Lead and set the strategic direction for the teams responsible for: R2R - recording and reporting actual results Reporting and providing commentary on Statutory Results and providing information required for tax compliance purposes S2P - sourcing goods and services through to paying suppliers Treasury and O2C - this includes managing banking relationships through to credit control Continual Improvement - working with the other team to continuously improve and simplify processes and procedures Lead, coach and manage the team and create a strong team spirit Demonstrate a high degree of decision making and proactivity, goal oriented Play an active leadership role in the senior management team Ensure support is proactive to the business and business decision making in order to identify, highlight, evaluate and mitigate tax risk Qualifications, skills and experience required: Qualified Accountant with 15 years post qualified experience Confidence and ability to operate at all levels of the business Strong leadership and management skills coupled with full commitment to results achievement & accountability High skills on Finance and Business Administration area with proven experience in managing within a branch or Pan E level Strategic thinking, operational plans implementation & measure/control based on TQM / PCDA methodology Networking attitude with business partners that contribute for more business opportunities Excellent English verbal and written skills Ability and willingness to travel By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
