You will be joining a dedicated, successful Corporate Team handling all aspects of corporate matters for an impressive client base. In addition, you'll have some exposure to broad commercial matters, therefore experience in both corporate and commercial law would be preferred. However, with the bias very much towards corporate work, this is not essential. You must be a qualified corporate solicitor (likely 7 years' PQE, senior associate level with a similar firm, or looking to take a step up) with ideally a proven track record in handling a broad mix of corporate/commercial work including M&A, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, company formations, outsourcing agreements, non-contentious insolvency and various other commercial contracts.
