Social activities are regular and varied, reinforcing the family atmosphere that exists in the business. ________________________________________ The Job Role As a Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the showroom, overseeing the performance of the Assistant Showroom Manager and Sales Advisors. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful Showroom Manager's core responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to: *Train, coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales consultants *Ensure the store gives excellent customer service at all times *Motivate and mentor staff *Drive the business to exceed sales, KPI's and service targets *Communicate clearly with all members of staff through morning briefings and store meetings *Drive all operational standards within the store including administration and merchandising standards *Ensure monthly/quarterly store social event is made available. *Ensure the staff adhere to a sales process which put the needs of the customer first at all times *Ensure the teams are compliant with procedures to minimise shrinkage and cash loses. *Lead by example by ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with the company *Ensure team are fully trained to deal with any customer eventuality ________________________________________ The Person The Retail Store Manager should have... *Experience in Training others *Staff Motivation *Store Presentation skills *Experience in merchandising and stock control *Drive to exceed sales targets *Strong operational standards *Compliance *Communication skills *Ability to influence *Risk Management ability ________________________________________ The Retail Store Manager Benefits Benefits: £25,000 basic + Bonus OTE £53,000 + Benefits
