Goals & Objectives The primary objective of the role is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and support for all National Account customers. This will entail working across all areas of the National Accounts Function to include back office, Operations and Account management to ensure a cohesive approach to support our National Accounts Strategy. Key Responsibilities + Working with the National Accounts team, operations teams and customers to ensure that external and internal Customer metrics are maintained and financial penalties are minimal + Ensure high levels of customer service at all time and robust support of operations/sales teams to ensure customer driven SLA's/KPIs are achieved + Improve customer / account retention by driving Operational Excellence within both Account Management and Service Delivery functions. + Pro-actively drive and manage the account renewals process ensuring accounts and healthy margins are developed and retained. + Support the improvement of business performance in the NACS team, in order to promote continuous improvement. + Achieve accurate and timely delivery of new customer launches/in life changes, + Attend customer meetings supporting Account Managers in contract launch, renewal or life cycle changes. Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge: + Excellent background in a customer centric environment + Experience in the operational management of a team + Basic understanding and knowledge of contractual agreements + Experience in dealing pro-actively with major clients and internal departments + Ideally a background in the fire industry + Well-developed IT skills (MS packages) + Experienced in people management with a 'hands-on' approach, sharing and enacting best practice The Chubb brand is one of the most recognised fire and security brands in the world.
