Due to internal changes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to lead a significant brand within our Diabetes portfolio across the UK and ROI. This is a truly exciting opportunity to be have both leadership of the brand and of a small team. In this highly visible marketing role, you will lead a diverse cross-functional team, responsible for delivering against the UK and ROI financial and operational plans. Success will be achieved through building a culture of trust, empowerment and accountability within the brand team. The Person: + Manage the brand's UK and ROI operational plan delivery + Ensure execution excellence of the programs you are responsible for + Solutions developed should enhance the customer experience by utilising multichannel engagement (MCE) + Monitor and track performance/operational spend and be able to report back + Partner with cross functional teams to ensure brand success + Always seek commonalities and opportunities for replication, to help reduce volume of work and maximise efficiencies + Model leadership with a particular focus on the common purpose and expectations Objective 1: Brand Strategy Development Strategic Brand Development + Active support in the development of overall strategy, Integrated Customer Planning (ICP), and input to Lilly Business Plan + Understand, anticipate and adapt to changing market dynamics and their impact on the brand + Planning an execution using different tactic/channel (MCE- and Touch Point plan) + Demonstrate collaboration with an inclusive attitude and coaching style of communication Support for Field-Based Personnel + Maintain relevance by going on field rides to understand sales professional and HCP experience + Develop strong partnerships and engagement with sales representatives, particularly with Brand Ambassadors Marketing and Medical Interactions + Understand the clinical development strategy for the brand + Provide the customer and market perspectives to Medical + Translate complex medical information into actionable marketing strategies and tactics. Objective 2: Brand Operations Management and Oversight Be a passionate advocate for the brand and future launch indications + Foster positive relationships between the brand team, cross functional teams and the sales force + Responsible for management of UK and ROI project budgets and associated operating expenses + Ensure that brand team activities meet timelines for execution as laid out in project plans + Responsible for understanding, implementation, and adherence to company policies, processes and external obligations, as applicable + Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the success of operational deliveries. Basic Qualificiations: + Technical marketing knowledge gained from a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager role in pharma + Team leader - ability to lead with and without authority + Enthusiastic, curious and flexible with high learning agility + Strong cross-functional working experience + Self- motivated and able to prioritise + Enthusiastic- ability to energise and motivate others + Strong team player + Strong project management skills + A solid compliance mind-set and demonstrated integrity on the job + Analytical skills; analysing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances + Experience in Diabetes is desirable Additional Skills/Preferences: Additional Information: .
