Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - Other Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Project Manager within the Core Project Unit of PwC is a key actor in the deployment of the PwC Luxembourg strategic plan for what concerns HR topics. He/she is responsible of the project from end-to-end and deals with various stakeholders to ensure that the objectives are achieved. He/she reports to the Head of Human Capital portfolio within the Core Project Unit. Your mission As aProject Manager (m/f), you will: * Manage and facilitate small to large / complex projects and support the evolution of current tools and processes; * Participate in the reflexion and implementation of new features in current tools and processes; * Prioritize needs and implementation planning; * Follow up the project milestones and ensure the delivery on time and within budget; * Identify risks, issues and scope changes; * Support and advice throughout the project on HR topics, including HR effectiveness, HR transformation, HR process design, HR systems, training, etc. * Be the primary actor in the change management related to the project * Track and monitor progress and escalate issues if required; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyse, develop, test and implement new applications and processes; * Watch trends from a local and global perspective and stay informed of new regulation and law. Your skills Expert Knowledge: * Excellent Project Management skills and knowledge of project & project management good practices; * Knowledge of HR topics, having relevant experience in HR projects, HR consulting or HR internal department * Knowledge of the firm, its competencies areas and people; * Good command of project management tools and project portfolio management tools. Education: * Master degree level Professional Experience: * +5 years of professional experience minimum in managing projects Languages: * English: business fluent, verbal and written; * Very good knowledge of French is a plus * Other language is considered as an asset.
