IT Project Manager - Relocation, Moves, Adds, Changes (MACs) London Basic to £50,000.00 + Benefits Despite the current climate, our client, a global MSP, with offices throughout Europe and US, are looking to increase their project management team due to multiple client relocation projects. This role is specifically focused on IT project management within the RELOCATION space. Therefore, experience of project managing the IT migration, services, implementation and 3rd party vendors is an absolute must. Candidates without this experience will not be successful and you are encouraged not to apply to this role. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, including dependencies, using the tools required by the business to successfully meet milestones and deliverables in relation to client moves. This is a fast paced role that would suit a personable, well organised and adaptable problem solver with the ability to act as a leader as well as work within a team. You will also have experience of dealing with contractors, builders and managing agents to ensure client satisfaction and timescales are adhered to. Accountible for the management of a range of projects simultaneously to time, cost and quality constraints, to ensure each project is delivered as efficiently and effectively as is possible, without compromising the expectations of the client Define project scope, goals and deliverable, as well as tasks and required resources Create and maintain a detailed project plan ensuring that milestones and core deliverable's are achieved Ensure the health and safety requirements are met as a minimum and to lead by example in working in a safe and conscientious manner at all times Ensure that risks and issues are captured, logged and managed in a timely manner Execute rapid escalation where deadlines and deliverable are in jeopardy Provide ad-hoc issue resolution and problem solving Assemble and lead project teams Work within the governance framework of the PMO adhering to reporting and documentation standards Create robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are effectively managed Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Ensure quality standards are met as stipulated by the relevant technical bodies Responsible for managing the project budget and aligning benefits Manage the logistical aspects of each project, ensuring the engineering resource and materials are in the right place, at the right time Evaluating the success of the project against its bench-marking and sharing lessons or best practice with other projects Provide support, including estimation, to the sales team Assist in developing processes and ways of working to achieve project objectives Represent our client's best interest and take an interest in the strategic direction of the business Requirements 3 + years of project management experience within IT relocation (moves, adds, changes - MACs) Driven by the desire to provide clients with the best possible service with a highly professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written, internal and external, communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to work effectively with a wide variety of people and build lasting relationships Effective multi-tasker and impeccable organisation skills Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Detail orientated with excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills Expert level in Microsoft suite (including Project, Visio, Excel, Word & Power Point) Ability to delegate tasks to the appropriate resource when required Jira experience desirable Driving licence desirable Graduate level qualification or equivalent Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, PMQ) ITIL desirable Benefits * Basic to £50,000.00 * Private healthcare * Statutory pension * Life assurance IT Project Manager - Relocation, Moves, Adds, Changes (MACs) London Basic to £50,000.00 + Benefits To apply, contact 02080494400 or email your CV to hello@agilesearch.co.uk
