The Consumer Platforms solution architecture team is responsible of all architecture & design of components forming the platform. It ensures a cohesive environment and architectural alignment while delivering low level design of each component. The team is based across our locations in Lausanne and London, working with best in class system integrators and strategic technical partners. Using cutting edge cloud based technologies we are building a global multi-channel platform that will help us drive RRP across all our global markets. We are passionate about the latest technologies, and constantly evolving our capability and learning and applying to real world business needs. We are looking for a very solid Web Content Architect to take part of responsibilities for helping organizing content, recommending the best approach to structure it so it can be re-used in a variety of situations and across channels and devices easily. You will ensure the best navigational structure of the site and hierarchy of information, play an active role in development of landings at the structural level. You will generate business rules, information architecture blueprints, interface design, and workflow for content and services and provided direction and strategy for the implementation of editorial and design style guides, documentation standards, and processes. You will identify business process improvement opportunities and to address these by the application of appropriate technologies. You will design information hierarchies and taxonomies, perform data modeling and content analysis and user-centered design (UCD), develop site navigation paradigms and search tuning. Who we're looking for those roles : You have significant technical knowledge in the relevant area, UX design experience, or participation in UX definitions in a technical capacity. You have experience in UX impact analysis based on AB testing, Heatmaps, benchmarks, optimal conversion goal path.
