Currently online shops lose their customer connection after checkout, leaving the post-purchase communication to DHL, UPS & Co - you've probably experienced this yourself. parcelLab solves this problem for e-retailers such as IKEA, Lidl, Puma andNespresso. We currently support 450+ online retailers with their customer communication post-checkout. We are growing rapidly and looking for you as a fluentdutch-speakingJunior Business Development Managerfor our offices inLondon to help grow our business in theNetherlands . Just have a look at an excerpt of our customers. * You work closely with the sales team and our customers. * You build the right solution from your understanding of customer requirements. * You are the interface to product development to implement new ideas. * Every conceivable freedom and support to achieve your personal and internal goals. It is important to us that - and not how - you achieve your goals. * An attractive salary and commission structure. * Internationality: You take part in relevant trade fairs and events to represent us and our product - whether in Berlin, London, Munich or Paris. To be successful: * You come from an ecommerce business and have 2-3 years of experience ideally in B2B SaaS or software sales. * You speak and can write fluent Dutch and English. * You have a good technical understanding to get the most out of our software for our customers. * You are willing to take on more responsibility. * You are eager to reach and work with the biggest brands (Enterprise) in ecommerce. * You are ready for the challenge of growing our customer base in the Netherlands. * You can listen well and inspire others.
