Falmouth Exeter Plus manages and delivers services at Falmouth, Penryn and Truro Campuses on behalf of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter. It's an exciting time at Falmouth Exeter Plus as both organisations expand operations in Cornwall at a pace, to help support this growth we are now looking to recruit a Development Programme Manager to join our Estates team. This senior role will be responsible for developing an effective Capital Projects PMO, to provide a robust project governance framework to manage the full lifecycle of projects from conception to operation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estates professional to oversee programme data, both quantitative and qualitative, and drive effective governance, programme and project processes, as well as having the ability to lead key projects as required. You will work closely with the Head of Estate Development and other Senior Estates Managers, in support of FX Plus and the Universities' strategic objectives.
