Band 5 Staff Nurse E1 Gastroenterology, - Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Location: Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital This role is open to newly qualified nurses supported by a great preceptorship programme. We pride ourselves on having an environment where your development matters. Role Description: Band 5 Staff Nurse Flexible working patterns will considered for all nursing applicants! Potential for rotational posts across medicine if desired, with a position on the ward of your choice at the end. We pride ourselves on having an environment where your development matters What we Offer: * Support and development within a complex and rich environment to enable you to achieve a minimum level of clinical skills within your first 6 months to a year. * Full commitment to your preceptorship programme if applicable, with a period of supernumerary status upon joining the team. * Involvement in the development of our New Rapid access gastroenterology clinic * Commitment and recognition from our Consultants * Development of your knowledge and understanding of specialist Gastroenterology conditions. * Your life outside HHFT is important and the Trust are happy to consider applications with flexible working patterns that cater to individual requirements; this can be discussed at interview Who we are: We are a 22 bedded gastroenterology and general medical ward, part of the speciality medicine division at HHFT.
