Band 5 Staff Nurse- Interim Care - Overton Unit - Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Location: Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital Role Description: The Overton Unit is looking for part time or full time Band 5 Staff Nurses, with an interest and passion for providing rehabilitation and palliative end of life care for patients who are stepping down from the acute wards. What we look for: * Enthusiasm and passion for providing holistic rehabilitation orientated care, and supporting the unit to excel in providing this * Ability to give excellent care to end of life palliative patients, and their families, with compassion * Suitable for a newly qualified nurse who would like to develop assessment skills, rehabilitation and end of life care, and also for the experienced nurse who can showcase and help lead the way to support patients through their rehabilitation journey before discharge from hospital.
