The Role: As a Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will work with the global marketing function to help localise marketing activities for different European countries, reporting to the Director of Marketing, EMEA. You'll be responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving pipeline creation and customer retention. You will plan, execute and report on programs, email nurturing, webinars, and other campaigns to drive qualified conversions. You will also be responsible for leading and executing our field marketing activities including virtual and in-person events to build awareness, drive demand, and accelerate deals through the pipeline. A key part of the role will also include driving engagement with key strategic partners, as well as planning and executing multi-channel partner marketing activity to drive partner engagement and pipeline. Position Details: * Strategize with Marketing and Sales Leaders to create effective demand generation programs and campaigns across various channels that increases sales pipeline * Lead, develop, and create end-to-end campaigns from webinars to direct mail * Create campaign promotion content, such as copywriting for landing pages, email promotions, banner ads, etc. * Drive our Field Events programme from concept and planning, through to execution, managing logistics, vendors, speakers, digital campaigns, presentations, and post-event follow up * Work closely with our SDR team to create awareness, engagement, and follow up campaigns * Collaborate with the EMEA Sales and Customer Success team to understand market trends as well as territory and account needs * Collaborate with the greater marketing team on both global and regional marketing activities from content creation to digital programmes * Analyze campaign and event results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent project management of integrated, cross-channel campaigns * Metrics-driven mindset and excels in setting KPIs, tracking progress and achieving goals * Proven record of supporting Sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets * Experience with Marketo and Salesforce, or similar CRM/MAP system Perks & Benefits: * Pension plan * Supplemental Health Insurance * Daily lunch stipend (M-F) + unlimited snacks/beverages * Generous monthly Employee Wellness Allowance * Professional Development Allowance Iterable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and strives to build a diverse and inclusive team.
