Job Description

Mission: The Marketing Operations Consultant will be responsible for campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with members of our global marketing team to build and execute digital and field marketing campaigns. This role will be our frontline for building and launching our marketing campaigns. Outcomes * High-quality delivery of campaigns via Marketo with streamlined campaign production * Strong partnership with stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through build, testing, delivery and measurement * Frontline point of contact for campaign builds ranging from email to content to uploads Responsibilities: * Build, test and launch marketing programs based on industry best practices and internally created framework * Leverage product knowledge of campaign technologies (Marketo, SFDC, etc.) and other industry tools to advise best campaign workflow and project efficiencies * Participate in QA and testing campaigns built by other team members * Ensure that our connections to various systems (ON24, Splash, etc.) work seamlessly with our templates as we iterate * Ensure data accuracy in lead lifecycle as they move from Marketo to SFDC * Manage workload in Asana and keep tasks up-to-date to ensure smooth handover between team members and stakeholders Competencies/ Requirements: * Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and comfort with a swiftly changing landscape * Advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certification (MCE) highly preferred * HTML knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic HTML errors on emails and landing pages * Experience with various marketing technology platforms (Marketo, ON24, Splash, etc.) and their connection to Marketo in particular * Ability to troubleshoot systems and integrations to ensure data is flowing correctly * Good communication and collaboration skills
