We are looking for a seasoned and passionate marketing professional to help us drive growth globally. You will have responsibility for marketing strategy, marketing execution and growth in send and receive markets. You will ensure that WorldRemit actively connects with our target audience in order to build brand awareness and engagement, and to deliver customer acquisition and revenue targets. The Regional Campaigns Planner will have a strong digital understanding while understanding the marketing nuances in different regions of the world, having defined and executed marketing strategies on the ground. Responsibilities * Define a strategy and roadmap for growth in our send and receive markets. * Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth in strategic countries. This involves: * Define the global campaigns plan and strategy (target, incentive, message, channel execution, utilisation of 1st and 3rd party data), leveraging the knowledge and expertise from regional teams, the different channel managers and the wider business. * Project-manage the campaign preparation and execution, developing detailed project plans and milestones. * Brief the creative team to ensure asset delivery is timely and the message is relevant to the targeted audience, the creative follows best practices for the media in which it runs, and the overall execution is on brand. * Manage marketing agencies for offline channels where ne * Coordinate with and report progress and results to different stakeholders across the business in a clear and timely manner. Summary of required experience & attributes Required : * Marketing degree and at least 6 years' experience in marketing * Strong understanding of how different marketing channels work together and experience executing marketing campaigns for digital businesses through the line. * Ability to see the bigger picture while being aware of nuances and the importance of detail. * Previous experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that scale. * Structured and analytical individual with demonstrable problem-solving capacity. * Excellent people and stakeholder management skills. * Articulate communicator, concise and able to adapt the message to the different audiences, no matter the level of seniority. * Proactive and adaptable self-starter with a 'can-do, hands-on' approach. * Team player yet self-motivated individual, with capacity to motivate others in the team and lead the way when necessary. * Expert and humble, eager to continue learning and to voice and adopt new ideas. * Must be fluent in English. Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are a plus.
