Job Description
dunnhumby is looking for a talented Client Mobilisation Lead! You will lead the deployment of a portfolio of media products and solutions. Work collaboratively with the technical, pre-sales, consulting and commercial teams as well as other key business stakeholders across the organisation to understand deployment requirements and design deployment process for your product portfolio. Ensure our products are deployed in an effective and efficient manner enabling a strong commercial (cost and revenue) equation. What you'll be doing: * Manage successful and on-time implementation of dunnhumby products (including releases) and solutions leading cross functional project teams * Own the overall product deployment project plan and directly responsible for the non-technical deployment of the product proposition (e.g. 3rd party supplier for POS) * Secure ADS resources where needed and manage RFP process to select relevant suppliers and partners with support from the procurement team * Ensure all deliverables and impacts are measured and the commercial or strategic impact communicated to all key stakeholders internally and externally * Work in collaboration with the Product Managers to build appropriate deployment plan for each product based on service model used (fully managed, partly managed, self service) * Create and execute a blueprint for best practice in how we deploy global and regional products in an effective and efficient manner understanding the commercial impact on cost and revenue * Develop strong working relationships with key client & market contacts to ensure the relevance, timeliness and quality of product deployment * Identify improvement opportunities that will help reduce the "time to go live", driving efficiency gains for dunnhumby and increased client satisfaction * Play a key role in the broader product team to contribute to the on-going development of dunnhumby media products and solutions * Contribute to the overall development of the new product management function by championing innovations or global best practise application to create value generation for the client and their customers Who you'll get to work with: Within dunnhumby you'll work with the Technical Solution Engineers, Product Managers, Pre-sales & Consulting teams, the New Business teams, the Sales Team (CPG) and the Client Leaders.
