Job Title Head of Client Performance Intelligence Job Description Role Responsibilities * Support our client-facing teams to ensure that they are provided with full transparancy around their KPI performance while playing a key role in developing those KPI's so that thay continue to be linked to the Group's revenue targets, driving the right behaviours and outcomes * Must be able to comfortably manage and transfer big data sets, with a view to presenting that data with actionable outcomes and conclusions * Help to ensure that our key stakeholders, Region and Country Heads, are provided with regular reporting insights into the client-facing teams, including the send of a monthly performance pack * Coordinate and oversee the Group's Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs). As part of that, will be a member of the Group's Sales Governance Committee, * Drive client-facing future vision by identifying and delivering process change, particularly within the Client Intelligence team, with a focus on automation and improved efficiency * Protect and develop strong governance, consistency and best practise for our client-facing teams Person Specification: 1. Numerate and analytical with strong Excel skills 2. Exceptional organisation skills 3. Outstanding communication skills - ability to communicate well and vary style according to seniority of recipients Desirable: 1. Previous experience of working within an analytical but commercially-focused environment would be of benefit 2. Previous experience of using Salesforce would be of benefit Number of openings 1
